Laura Koonce, Vice President of Mission & HR and Ministry Lead at Saint Louis School, HI, sends us this update about the observance of All Souls Day. This observance promotes the second and third goals of MFEP, which is: Transform through Integral Ecology and Listen and Educate in Faith.

Our Spanish Teachers sent me the attached pictures with the following description:

Students studying the Spanish language created an ofrenda to observe All Souls' Day on Nov. 1st and 2nd. Students invited faculty to celebrate and remember those who have passed on. Our elementary students grew and provided the flowers displayed from our school's garden. Lessons in the Spanish class offered several components, including Religion, Language, and Culture.
