View Villa Angela-St. Joseph Earth Day Art Contest winning entries. Erin Maher, Ministry Lead for Marianist Encounters, sends us this update.

For Earth Day, Villa Angela-St. Joseph students were challenged to create art that represented any environmental theme and included recycled materials. We were blown away by their creativity and thoughtfulness! Staff and faculty voted on their favorites. First place was a bag crocheted out of plastic bags, second place was a sea turtle made of cardboard, and third place was an earth made of bottle caps. Special shout-out to Patricia Goldberg (art teacher) for mentoring and encouraging our students to enter. And thank you to Central Catholic High School for the inspiration. We can't wait to see what our students come up with next year!

The Marianist Encounters Shared Conversations group has been launched. Come and join us in the discussion. Today's discussion question is about the Marianist Family's response to the goals of Laudato Si.
